Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channel
- Responsible for strategy of the website and different types of social networking channels
- Working closely and collaboratively other cross functional teams and different media agencies from web development, content to A/B testings to deliver an integrated digital marketing plans that connect consumer and their products
- Provide insights & long-term digital health metrics including GA, pixel & event setups
- Develop and execute automation setup, journey mapping, email campaigns
- Responsible for digital marketing budgets with strong focus on high ROI
- Managing the relationship with external parties responsible for paid digital channels, SEO, media, and PR, and be accountable for delivery against business plans and budgets
- Daily management of SEO, EDM, Google analytics
- Drive CRM strategy to created better customer experience
- Tagging & reporting: Google analytics, UTMs, event pixels, collaboration with the media team
- Develop, coach and train direct report
About you
- Ideally tertiary degree in digital marketing, marketing, e commerce or similar
- Min 5 year’ experience in marketing digital role or related
- A proven track of record to an end-to-end campaigns and executions is a MUST
- Excellent data analytics skill with deep understanding of Australia media landscape
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Passionate about the use of data and technology to achieve brand growth
- Team player and able to work with cross functional teams and third-party partners
- Excellent teamwork to influence people and problem-solving skills
