About the role
Reporting into the head of grocery, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of independent grocery accounts. You will employ strategic account management to help achieve agreed sales volumes, profit, and market share targets. Develop and deliver a customer strategy to ensure these accounts are aligned with the broader company strategy. As the business grows into new sectors and categories you will manage the launch of new lines and lead the charge for growth in existing and new categories.

Skills & Experience
- Proven success in a Field Sales/Account Management role or similar within consumer goods is essential
- Relationship building skills & stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and financial capability within; forecasting, promotional planning, and budget management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ambitious and creative individual with a strong desire to make a difference with their customer base
- Bachelor’s degree in business or Commerce ideally
