About the role: 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business that truly cares about their staff and clients. You will report directly to the Principal within the Commercial team and have a counterpart conducting the same role as you to work alongside. 

You will oversee multiple projects with a diverse range of clients and be tasked with providing a consultative approach to then deliver tailored solutions, you will have a support team on hand including analysts to assist with providing data and factual numbers. The end purpose of the company is to help clients achieve sustainable ongoing success and business improvement. 

▪ Project Managing 
▪ Supporting senior staff in identifying, building and converting new business opportunities
▪ Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
  Provide support to build and expand key accounts
▪ Support colleagues to win new business e.g. attending sales meetings, drafting proposals, researching prospect/target accounts
▪ Contribute to research programs 
▪ Manage and mentor junior staff members
▪ Help shape a high-performance culture in line with our values
▪ Provide suggestions and input into product development and process improvement initiatives
▪ Lead by example to each project team in creating a vibrant and positive workplace environment


About you: 
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, well presented and a excellent communicator 
  • A good listener to who is able to show genuine empathy and can build strong long lasting relationships
  • Degree qualified would be advantageous 
  • Minimum 3 years professional services experience 
  • Research experience desirable as is experience in a consulting sales format
  • Passion for helping organisations achieve sustainable high performance through employee and client engagement methods
  • Ability to manage complex projects and to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Have a hunger to excel in your career
