Your new role
Due to rapid growth, Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to come on board and deliver the marketing activities across the business, with a focus on acquisition practices. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will be responsible for creating and delivering digital campaigns that ultimately result in patient acquisition and retention for the organisation, via CRM, SEM, SEO, Social Media, emails campaigns amongst other channels. This role is also responsible for managing and optimizing various practice websites, consistently monitoring and enhancing website performance.

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualification in either business or marketing
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within digital marketing either agency or in-house
- Dental or health sector experience is preferable, or a strong passion for the industry
- Experience in managing Google Ad accounts
- Strong project management skills
- Hands-on, dynamic, commercially astute, team player

- Create, develop and implement digital marketing strategies across all platforms that promote all company owned brands both nationally and locally.
- Utilise data through a well-funded A/B test, learn and evolve approach to campaign planning, strategy and execution
- Provide regular insights back to the team
- Pursue acquisition targets through site enhancements and performance marketing funnel optimisation
- Use data to drive informed decisions on enhancements to marketing strategy, planning and media mix
- Reinvent and continually improve customer journeys and ROI from all customer touchpoint channels: SEM, Social, Display, Re marketing, Affiliate, Email, SMS and Call Agent Engagement
- Manage our Google Ads account
- Use your creative flair and sense of fun to create engaging social media campaigns both nationally and for individual practices.
- Provide general marketing support to dental practices.
- Manage acquisition practice websites with updates and user experience analysis.
- Deliver effective communications between the Support Office, the practices and our patients.
- Regular competitor analysis and monitoring, whilst keeping an eye on digital marketing trends.
- Participate in marketing events when required including some interstate travel.
- A degree in marketing or a related field (or equivalent in market experience);
- Proven working experience in digital marketing (minimum 5 years);
- Previous experience marketing for a dental, health or medical industry would be highly regarded.
- Data driven, strategic and customer centric
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise work, deal with competing demands, manage time effectively and ensure completion of tasks within deadlines.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns;
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, CRM
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for the healthcare industry
- Strong computer literacy and design skills using Microsoft Office, website (Wordpress), Salesforce. Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop is a bonus.
