The opportunity:
This is a short-term opportunity for a test analyst to join the IT Team on a contract basis. The client has embarked on a major technology project, implementing a new platform (SaaS based) which will require testing within an SIT environment.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Writing Test cases and performing Functional and Integration testing of the system.
  • Working closely with the developers to coordinate and plan the deployments to test environment.
  • Defining Acceptance criteria for user stories and getting a sign off from the business users.
  • Coordinating with the actual system users to log system issues and creating defects in Azure DevOps.
  • Giving a demo of the application to the Business users and capture their feedback
  • Creating requirement traceability using Azure DevOps.
  • Responsible for the overall quality of the system.
  • Identifying bottlenecks/deficiencies in the process and working actively to improve the application quality.
  • Experience with both manual and automation testing.
