About the Role
As a Food Technologist with 1-3 years’ experience, you will support the Senior team develop recipes, gain new ingredient approvals, manage the samples, and complete technical documents. You will be a true problem solver, with a working knowledge of HACCP and GMP, and knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance.
Skills and Experience
A tertiary qualification in food technology is essential, with at least 12 months experience working as part of an innovation/R&D team within food manufacturing, ideally wet food products or something related. You will need strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and commercial acumen. This role works closely with the commercial teams, so a sense of urgency and solid customer service skills will be essential.
