The key focus is to work with clients to produce customised high-quality products that highlight the brands’ identity. Due to increased focus on building the business and customer care they are looking to bring on board a Product Specialist based in South East of Melbourne.
About the Role
The purpose of the Product Specialist will be to look after the product life cycle which includes working with current suppliers as well as developing relationships with new suppliers from a material perspective. This will also include looking at costing and presenting to the business on the best option.
The successful candidate will be involved in the packaging process for new products which will involve looking at various options and how they will be effective as well as meeting the brief. They will need to have the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders and have strong negotiation skills.

Skills & Experience
This is an exciting and integral role within the business for future growth and your experience and skill set will include the following:
- Bachelor of Business, Commerce or similar.
- Proven experience working in a similar role (3-5 years) - Cosmetics, Beauty, or Fragrance industry highly desirable
- Experience with various suppliers and customers
- Knowledge in quoting, pricing, and client management
- Project Management skills with the ability to manage complexity
- Self-motivation and the ability to adapt to a variety of situation
