The Role
- The Marketing Manager leads the strategic development and execution of marketing plans and communications for Our Client and DB. This role requires smart-thinking, passion for developing and executing customer-obsessed, insights-driven integrated Marketing Campaigns aligned with our clients global approach.
- The Marketing manager will be able to see the big picture, build roadmaps and process to scale. The person will constantly be executing in a fast-paced environment and be able to direct the team to achieve the goals
Key Activities
- Leverage consumer insights to design and present AUS marketing strategies, aligned with Our Clients global approach, including brand and product positioning, brand messaging, hierarchy, and communications to build brand awareness and consideration and drive business goals.
- Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team ensuring the possible quality of content and creative, executing strategies, solving problems, and executing in a timely, and impactful way.
- Create, develop and/or execute integrated marketing campaigns, activations, and toolkits to support the brand and strategic product launches.
- Create, nurture and leverage quality relationships with aligned brands, individuals, and ambassadors.
- Collaborate and work across multiple stakeholders, teams, and departments, external agencies and partners.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure alignment with the overall global strategy.
Requirements
- Graduate qualified in relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Business) or equivalent experience (5 years minimum).
- Essential MUST have a passion for the outdoors
- Commercially driven and talented creative, analytical, and results-oriented
- Deep understanding of brand building and passion for developing and executing customer-obsessed, insights-driven integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment consistently
- Ability to work as a team and on own initiative
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills
