About the role:
The role of the Customer Life-cycle Manager is to increase the engagement and value of our clients members. Their loyalty program has picked up 2 awards for Best Loyalty program (Inside Retail 2020 and QSR Media Awards 2020) and they are now searching for someone who can help drive retention across Australia and New Zealand. If you enjoy people, technology and data then this role allows you to create personalized experiences and behavioural change.
Key responsibilities include:
• To support integration and development of a new Mar-tech system expected to go live in March 2023
• Develop and execute a sales growth strategy for members
• Manage budgets
• Lead the development of a specific journey for new loyalty members and develop other key journeys to drive engagement / revenue
• Complete post campaign analysis and make recommendations based on key learning's
Outcomes & Success:
• Increase in active members
• Growth in sales value of members
• Achievement of successful migration to new Mar-tech system
Profiles & Experience
• 2 – 5 years’ experience in marketing automation
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and product development
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Someone that can show initiative and is a proactive problem solver
• Must have strong technical abilities
• Good cultural fit
