They are now looking for their next Customer Lifecycle Manager for Australia and New Zealand.
About the role:
The role of the Customer Lifecycle Manager is to increase the engagement and value of our clients members. Their loyalty program has picked up 2 awards for Best Loyalty program (Inside Retail 2020 and QSR Media Awards 2020) and they are now searching for someone who can help drive retention across Australia and New Zealand. If you enjoy people, technology and data then this role allows you to create personalized experiences and behavioural change.
Key responsibilities include
• Develop and execute sales growth strategy for loyalty members
• Create a segmentation model, profiling members and manage lifecycles to increase like for like value by moving segments
• Create a culture of customer journey mapping that can be aligned to the new Martech platform being onboarded March 2023
• Create a new 'Welcome' journey for newly recruited members
• Embed a process of regular data cleaning, updating and validating
• Monitor campaign effectiveness against agreed KPIs and complete post campaign analysis and make recommendations based on key learnings
Outcomes and Success
• Increase in active members
• Growth in sales value of members
• Achievement of successful migration to new Mar-tech system
Profiles & Experience
• 2 – 5 years’ experience in marketing automation
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and product development
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Someone that can show initiative and is a proactive problem solver
• Must have strong technical abilities
• Good cultural fit
