Due to continued growth, they have a fantastic opportunity for a customer service Manager to join the team. This role is based in Bendigo.
 
About the role:
The customer service manager role is a leadership position that is responsible for managing 5 direct reports in the customer service team. This person will be in charge of resolving major complaints, as well as being hands on in assisting the customer service team in taking calls and driving company standards. This role also entails building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
Ultimately this person will oversee customer interaction, order management and overall improvement of the customer service experience. 

Skills and Experience:
  • Customer service experience
  • 3 + years’ experience in a customer service leadership role with direct reports
  • Preferred experience within the manufacturing space
  • Highly motivated individual, who has first class communication, strong analytical skills, and high attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
