About the Role
Responsible for overseeing a portfolio of Retirement Villages within the Queensland area, you will work closely with the Leadership Team to support the overall strategic direction and the translation into core operational priorities for the Villages, with your main goal being outstanding resident experience.
A primary focus of this role will be to drive employee engagement and continue to develop leadership capability across their portfolio, aligning operational objectives with skilled staff to service residents.

Skills & Experience
- Previous multi-site management and team leadership and development experience
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent with experience in Strategy and Planning, People Leadership, Asset Management, Business Management and Project Management.
- Exposure and experience working with legislative requirements, specifically the Retirement Villages Act, Body Corporate Legislation and or the Residential Tenancies Act
- Proven analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
- Strong commercial acumen and business development skills
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire a team of Village Managers to manage and lead the village operations and improve overall leadership capability.
- Provide leadership and direction to all team members, investing in the development and growth of key talent.
- Deliver a high-performance-focused culture through regular performance discussions with staff.
- Support and deliver strategies to contribute to the overall Retirement Living strategy.
- Implement, monitor, and manage key financial performance indicators for the portfolio of villages and drive Village Manager ownership of the budget and finances.
