About the role

Your role will involve developing all brand and commercial related collateral, signage, digital assets, showroom and trade show display builds in support of key marketing and customer growth initiatives. Moreover you will brief and manage the day-to-day marketing tasks required to deliver key marketing projects (New Products, Customer Showings, Photography and Trade shows) to ensure on time delivery of marketing support elements.

Moreover you will brief and manage the day-to-day marketing tasks required to deliver key marketing projects (New Products, Customer Showings, Photography and Trade shows) to ensure on time delivery of marketing support elements.
Duties
- Oversee the implementation of Master Brand and Sub brand communications strategy including POS, Website, Signage, Media and PR.
- Co-ordinate the production and delivery of brand & commercial related POS; Signage, Displays and digital assets with the relevant branch teams.
- Manage and provide oversight on all brand and commercial related POS, Collateral, Photography & Videography marketing requirements in support of new product introductions and channel expansion initiatives
- Manages the week-to-week priorities with each of the marketing co-ordinators for both Channel and Brand to ensure marketing requirements are being delivered on time for major initiatives, as directed by the Group Channel Marketing Manager.
- Assist the Group Channel Marketing Manager in ensuring key marketing deliverables are achieved on time across the Group: POS for new product launches, customer expansions, showroom set up for customer viewings; Trade show product launch collateral/POS, Photography & Video planning.
Skills & Experience
- 4-5+ years experience in a supervisory role developing creative and effective brand marketing plans and campaigns, preferably working in the position of Brand Manager driving business growth and brand equity
- Skilled in implementation of effective brand marketing strategies, preferably with premium brands
- Experience in end-to-end communication/integrated marketing strategies across multiple brands, categories, retails channels and touchpoints
- Able to convert consumer insights into actionable communications strategies which maximise commercial opportunities
- Financial competence across budget management, brand P&L and key measurement ratio’s
- Marketing / Communications degree
- Experience in managing direct reports and key partners relationships
- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in time and on budget
