About the role

This 18 month, full time contract, will see you working with a leading, global retailer of children's products. They boast a highly successful direct to consumer proposition which has grown significantlyand are a true omnichannel business. 

About the position
  • Manage Social Media Calendar and oversee general Marketing calendar
  • Craft end-to-end Social Media campaigns that drive sales growth on the website, customer acquisition, and a positive and consistent customer experience that reflects the brand values.
  • Continuously track, analyse, and evaluate the performance of these campaigns; provide reporting and optimisation recommendations based on performance and insights gained.
  • Actively engage with, and manage, social media communities to foster relationships and answer questions through comments and direct messages.
  • Work with Marketing Lead to plan and maintain an influencer and brand ambassador program at ergoPouch.
  • Manage the planning, execution and budget for all organic Social Media and influencer activity, excluding paid media.
  • Work collaboratively with media partners, managing media bookings and assets

Key attributes required
  • 3 - 5 years relevant experience in Social Media/PR/Communications/Influencer Engagement
  • Demonstrable ability to increase audience engagement 
  • Must be able to take insights and report/make recommendations 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
