Due to an internal promotion, there is now an opportunity to join the team as a Customer Activation Manager across key portfolios for the business.
About the role
As Channel Activation Manager, you will execute the channel strategy within Coles across the total brand portfolio as well as influence future shopper and activation strategy.
You will have the opportunity to implement and execute shopper marketing communications for multiple big bet launches and continue to support strong retailer partnerships, as well as own budgets and management of agency partners as well as collaborating across the business and working with category and account teams.

Skills + Experience
- Prior Shopper / Channel / Trade Marketing experience with exposure to FMCG (either agency or client side) and major grocery
- Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills
- Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of budgeting and data interpretation
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and can-do attitude
- Highly organised with great attention to detail with well-developed project management and problem solving skills
