Our client is a leading FMCG business with a portfolio of well-known household grocery bands. The organisation maintains a commitment to sustainability and has embedded a force for change through their processes and working standards to ensure they are driving positive change within their categories.

Due to an internal promotion, there is now an opportunity to join the team in a Brand Manager role across a key portfolio for the business.
 
About the role
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, in this 360 Brand Manager role you will worth with a $45M brand in strong YOY growth to activate brand plans with a focus on owning NPD and BTL activation.
You will have the opportunity to launch new products to market and lead sustainably focused packaging upgrades as well as activate new launches in store, while working closely with cross functional stakeholders to drive your projects and get deep into the data to be able to develop insights about brand performance as well as potential new opportunities for growth.
 
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Prior experience at ABM or Brand Manager level within FMCG or Consumer Goods
  • Commercially savvy and analytical in nature
  • Strong project manager, ideally with exposure to stage gate, though not essential
  • Exposure to IRI / Nielsen - comfortable to get into the data, ask questions, develop insights and make recommendations
  • Able to operate effectively within a small team environment, roll up their sleeves, take ownership  and be hands on
  • Driven, self-motivated, hungry to learn, proactive, enthusiastic and can do attitude
