Six Degrees Executive has partnered with Nick Scali (Sydney) as they build their team and source a new Technical Business Analyst (ERP). This is an outstanding opportunity for Technical BA candidates who have strong ERP experience and thrive working in a small but growing team.

The Technology Team is growing and there’s plenty of work ahead, so this is a fantastic opportunity to step up. You will be expected to lead with your ERP skills but also offer broad assistance and a number of initiatives covering the whole business.
 
Note that due to the nature of the work and team size, you will be expected to be in the office 5 days a week at North Ryde, Sydney.
 
The opportunity
 
The role will see you work on (but not limited to) the following:
  • Demonstrate outstanding elicitation, analysis and problem-solving skills with an ability to form long-lasting professional relationships
  • Liaise with Third Party software vendors to ensure current solutions are appropriate and fit for purpose (website and software)
  • Undertake GAP Analysis of existing processes, including reports used/produced and key controls across each area of the business by running workshops and gathering requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functional / technical solutions & specifications as requested
  • Conduct Process Mapping documentation of As Is and Target State
  • Provide written and verbal project updates to key stakeholders
  • Prepare and undertake UAT of proposed solutions
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks and special assignments as requested
 About you
 
To be considered for this role, you will need (but not limited to) the following:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analysis supported by a related IT qualification
  • Software Development/Software Engineering background with an ability to configure software
  • Experience in ERP implementations (ideally Dynamics 365 Business Central)
  • Strong communication skills inclusive of negotiation and presentation skills with an ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience undertaking GAP Analysis and associated Process Mapping documentation
  • An understanding of cyber security and the managing and securing of data
  • Highly independent with an ability to work constructively with teams and work autonomously
  • Professional manner yet adaptable and engaging
  • Retail sector experience ideally
