This permanent opportunity is the perfect blend of Business Analysis and Technical Support and will provide a link between Business Process Owners, IT Project teams and External ERP Software Vendors. We are looking for a junior to mid-level Business Analyst who has worked within a manufacturing setting. You also need to have worked with any type of ERP but be willing to lean Pronto ERP and generally 'roll up your sleeves' as required.

The role:
You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
  • Identify, analyse, interpret and document ERP functional and non-functional requirements
  • Provide ERP support to business stakeholders
  • Plan and coordinate the effective delivery of ERP enhancements
  • Undertake continuous improvement in the understanding and knowledge of the applications being supported
  • Identify, analyse, interpret, and document ERP system issues
  • Improve system quality by identifying common issue patterns and make recommendations for enhancing the ERP system
  • Liaise with stakeholders on ERP system issues, raise tickets with software vendors and assist with ticket resolution
About you:
To be considered for this role, you will need (but not limited to) the following:
  • At least 3 years Business Analysis experience
  • At least 1 year ERP application support
  • Supply Chain/manufacturing experience 
  • Effective communicator (written and verbal)
  • Strong team player
  • Process mapping experience
  • User Acceptance Testing experience
  • Analytical and innovative thinking
  • Proactive and able to take responsibility
  • Transport Management System (TMS) support (ideal
  • BA certified/Tertiary qualified (ideally)
