Our client is experiencing a period of rapid growth. Their finance team is looking for an experienced FMCG Commercial Finance Manager, who is ready and willing to provide, strategic insights and accurate and timely commercial advice to the business.
Due to significant growth, this is a new role and will be providing financial analysis and key insights to drive commercial outcomes, and working with stakeholders to build business cases around business performance improvement initiatives or continuous improvement programs. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse operational data and prepare meaningful commercial reports together with recommendations for improvements around business performance
  • Review, analyse and provide commercial recommendations
  • Prepare financial models and business case scenarios
  • Work collaboratively with the broader business both across finance, sales and operations
  • Identify and recommend process improvements where necessary
  • Strategic project support and assistance with due diligence activities when required
Our client operates a flexible work environment which means you only need to be in the office three days a week (currently), with the remainder of your time working from home. They have newly refurbished which are pet friendly – we encourage you to bring your fur baby to work with you!

The ideal candidate will have come from a similar role, have a strong understanding of FMCG and manufacturing and hold a current CA/CPA/CFA qualification.  You will have recent experience providing commercial analysis to a broad cross section of stakeholders, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, be able to undertake detailed data analysis and modelling, and preparing business performance reports.  You will be hungry to truly understand the nuts and bolts of the business and will bring a strong commercial acumen to the role.

You will want to make a difference and demonstrate your initiative in ways that surprise and delight us. You will have the ability to work under pressure, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines as well as forming strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
