About the Role
This is a newly created role critical to delivering sustainable business growth and was created to provide day-to-day support to the sales leadership team and to drive efficiencies in the sales process. This role will have full P&L responsibility for some of their developing accounts. It will also shadow the Head of Sales in managing major customer accounts in all aspects of account management, from customer planning to delivering sales growth and profitability. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, results-focused, commercially savvy and hungry to progress.

Responsibilities
- Full P&L responsibility for some of their developing accounts
- Shadow the Head of Sales in managing major customer accounts.
- Streamline existing sales support process and drive efficiency.
- Analyse data for new opportunities
- Re-developing daily sales reports using SAP.
- 1-2 years experience in an account management role in an FMCG environment.
- A good understanding of promotional programs and structured sales processes.
- You will be commercially savvy, with well-developed negotiation skills.
- An understanding of the sales process and willingness to use your initiative to improve and drive efficiency in all aspects of our business.
- Experience with SAP will be advantageous. Most importantly, you will be willing to learn and forge your own career path as the business grows.
