About the role
The Demand Planner is responsible for ensuring the availability of product for key customers, whilst supporting the objectives of minimising inventories and maximising customer service. You will foster a collaboration partnership with the commercial teams, be technically capable and solution focused and guide the forecasting process.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and participate in the weekly demand and supply review process
• Develop demand forecasts to determine the purchasing and production requirements of the business
• Maintain demand planning systems for promotional and statistical projections
• Anticipate demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner including driving actions to correct under and overstocks
• Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy

Skills + experience
• Prior experience in Demand planning within an FMCG or Retail environment
• Exceptional communication, collaboration and influencing skills
• Degree qualification in Supply Chain or other relevant field
• Experience using ERP systems
