About the role
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and in a team of 10 in ANZ, this is a business critical and customer centric role. The successful candidate will have full ownership for managing an exciting high growth food category into Grocery and Retail Speciality channels within private label and branded products.
This includes responsibility for achieving agreed sales volumes, profit and market share targets. Develop and deliver a tailored customer strategy to maximise growth and identify customer opportunities for presence and placement. You will be commercially savvy and enjoy working with the retail to ensure a win win situation for business and customer. You will adopt a hands-on approach brining new ideas and creative strategies to drive engagement & profitability whilst making a genuine difference to the business and planet.

Skills & Experience
- Proven success in a National Account, Customer Development role in consumer goods
- Experience working within Australian Grocery or Pet Specialty
- Experience working with private label products is highly desirable but not essential
- Fantastic ability to influence internal and external stakeholders working in true partnership
- Strong analytical and financial capability within; forecasting, promotional planning and budget management
- Travel flexibility for intra and inter-state when required
- Ambitious and creative individual with a strong desire to make a difference with their customer base
- Eager to work in a hands on role, within a nimble environment to truly add value and business ideas
