The Role:

The PPC Specialist will be a key contributor to achieving our client's vision: to be Australia's most trusted marketing and communications agency.

Responsible for client management and retention, campaign creation and implementation, team management and management of the agency, this newly created role will report directly to the Head of Marketing and will be an integral part in supporting the agency's growth strategy into the digital space.

REQUIREMENTS - Experienced digital marketer and PPC specialist, with experience in:

▪ Digital marketing or marketing agency experience is highly desirable.
▪ Setting up, managing and optimising PPC marketing campaigns including Google Ads (search, display, Google Ad Grants), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display ads, video advertising, and other digital advertising platforms.
▪ Developing creative and analytical advertising campaign strategies to deliver strong return on investment for clients.
▪ Lead generation campaign experience.
▪ Data and analytics experience including Google Data Studio dashboard creation and management (or similar).
▪ Creating landing pages to deliver excellent customer campaign experiences.
▪ A working knowledge of CMS’s and website and plugin management.
▪ Experience in email marketing, SEO, automation, content marketing, CRM management is highly beneficial.
▪ Strong communication skills, strategic ability, and creative thinking.
▪ Ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
▪ Commercial acumen and experience with advertising budget management.
▪ Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude and a high-level of accountability
▪ Proven ability to work calmly and effectively in dynamic environments

RESPONSIBILITIES:

CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
▪ Services a broad portfolio of clients to an exceptional standard, and retains their trust and business.
▪ Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and is seen as a trusted advisor.
▪ Actively seeks client feedback and drives change and improvement where needed.
▪ Pre-empts, prevents, and manages client issues including PPC performance, to achieve positive outcomes for both the client and Elevate, with Head of Marketing guidance and support.
▪ Oversees less experienced team members’ PPC management, and offers support, guidance, and an escalation point as needed.

STRATEGY
▪ Develops client strategies of an exceptional standard, with Head of Marketing support and guidance. Manages and drives the PPC strategic input including research & insight, attending and contributing to strategy workshops, development and presentation of strategy and activity plan, and communicating with client.
▪ Regularly reviews the performance and strategic viability of campaigns; adjusts direction as required, with Head of Marketing support and guidance.
▪ Supports Head of Marketing in setting Scope of Work (SoW) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all client work.

MANAGEMENT
▪ Manages the implementation of a broad range of digital marketing PPC campaigns. Ensures SoW is fulfilled, KPIs are met, and work is completed on budget and on time.
▪ Takes ownership of clients, projects, and tasks, delivering high quality work and results that meet client objectives.
▪ Leads effective, outcome focused client and internal meetings, WIP documents, and project management tools, to ensure team workflow and communication is efficient at all times.
▪ Manages the creation and optimisation of a broad range of PPC startegies and campaigns on behalf of clients, working with in-house teams and suppliers.
▪ Conducts accurate and timely reporting for all clients
▪ Monitors Google Data Studio dashboards for updates, improvements, issues and opportunities, and immediately escalates as needed.
▪ Flags any client issue or crisis immediately to Head of Marketing, and manages as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES: OPERATIONS
▪ Adheres to all internal processes and policies.
▪ Identifies and implements improvements in processes.
▪ Supports Head of Marketing effectively in planning and monitoring capacity on managed clients.
▪ Meets target billability.
▪ Managed clients are serviced to within target hourly rate.
▪ Tracks 100% of working hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
▪ Works collaboratively with the wider team to support the conversion of new clients for the agency, including contributing to and attending pitch meetings.
▪ Works with client manager and other team members to identify and convert existing client growth opportunities.
▪ Contributes to the strategising and implementation of the agency's marketing strategy, via PPC and lead generation campaigns.
▪ Acts as a proud and effective industry ambassador for the agency; actively networks online and offline to build a strong & positive reputation for the agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES: PEOPLE
▪ Identifies and resolves HR and performance issues quickly, with Head of Marketing guidance.
▪ Gives less experienced team members guidance and support to achieve their goals.
▪ Identifies the need for training and tools within themselves and the team. Supports Head of Marketing in implementing these as required.
▪ Works productively and with accountability to other team members and clients at all times. Meets deadlines and responds to requests in a timely manner. Prioritises work to ensure maximum value for the business.
▪ Develops strong, productive relationships with teams, external suppliers and freelancers.
▪ Seeks continuous improvement and professional development; and motivated line reports to do the same.
