NSW State Service Manager

Established Australian manufacturer of water systems and tapware. The company manufactures here locally in Australia.
The Opportunity
Service Leadership roles at this level do not come up too often so this is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone to take on a big and interesting leadership role.
As the NSW State Service Manager, you will be leading the field service operations for NSW. You will be responsible for a team of 50 headcount and a revenue target of $10M annually. You will be a key member of the management team, and will be collaborating with all divisions across the business to drive growth, improve efficiency and deliver outstanding service to customers. This role reports to the Service Manager, ANZ. This is an exciting chance to be a key part of the company's management team.
Skills and Experience Required
This role would be suited to someone who has previously managed a medium to large team of Service Technicians who work remotely. We are open to different types of industries, as long as you have exposure to servicing products (for example HVAC, fridges, industrial equipment etc.). Your ability to be able to communicate with the technicians at their level and earn their trust and respect is critical to be successful in this role. Our client is a very customer focused organisation so a customer first mentality is valued. As you will be measured on profit and loss in this role, a strong sense of business acumen and desire for innovation will serve you well at this level.
