Marketing Lead
About the business: Are you passionate about transforming commercial property? Our client, a private equity property business, is seeking a Marketing Lead to join their team. Since 2010, they have co-invested with investors to regenerate and develop commercial property. Their success is a result of strategic repositioning and development, and building strong relationships with like-minded individuals who share the same business and moral ethics.
About the role: We are looking for a Marketing Lead to assist the commercial services team with marketing support for both the stable and development portfolios. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for developing property level strategies for major leasing campaigns, redevelopment, and precinct strategies. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in managing relationships with various suppliers, including creative agencies, graphic designers, photographers, video producers, and copywriters, to ensure they provide high-quality support for all commercial projects. You will also work closely with the National Leasing Manager and GM of Marketing to create communication plans and media protocols that align with commercial projects, including messaging for videos, internal communications, and social media posts.
About you:
We're looking for a degree-qualified, generalist marketer with 5+ years of experience in brand, communication, social media, and traditional advertising. Experience in leasing commercial property is a must. Collaborating with agencies and external parties is second nature to you, and you know how to get the best out of your partnerships. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and love being part of a high-performing team. We're open to candidates from various industries, but experience with property, particularly in commercial leasing, would be highly advantageous.
