About the Role
As the newly created Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the Marketing General Manager with both the stable portfolio and development portfolio. This role has strong working relationships with all business unit leaders and team members to provide marketing program and communications support across the critical areas of Existing Assets, Investor Relations, Development and Corporate.

About You
You are a degree qualified, generalist marketer with 3+ years experience in brand, communication, social media as well as traditional advertising. Although open to your industry background, experience with property, finance or professional services businesses would be highly advantageous.
This role will be well suited to a driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated candidate who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment and collaborative environment. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and take a passionate approach to your work. You will pride yourself of your problem solving and project management skills

About the Role

The successful candidate will contribute to:
- Managing marketing activation's and campaigns across Investor Relations, Existing Assets and Development.
- Manage supplier relationships including creative agencies, graphic designers, photographers, media, video producers and copy writers to support Commercial projects (stable portfolio and developments)
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to create communications plans and media protocols aligned with Commercial projects including messaging for videos, internal comms and social posts, and brief external agency as required
