Our client is a world leader in the sportswear apparel and footwear space. A global brand that is leading the way in design and innovation. There is currently an opportunity to join the business in a 6-month contract role as a Marketplace Operations Specialist Lead.
About the role
As the Marketplace Operations Specialist Lead, you will manage a portfolio of key retail accounts for the brand, partnering with external and internal stakeholders to drive optimum inventory flow, order management and provide premium customer service to their network.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner cross-functionally with global and local teams, to execute seasonal launches and initiatives into their key accounts.
• Manage the order management processes in line with financial objectives.
• Work to optimize processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver standard reporting and KPI reporting to optimise performance.
• Align shipment plans and outbound inventory flow for the accounts
Skills + experience
• Prior experience in Retail or consumer goods across inventory and shipping roles
• Exceptional communication, collaboration and influencing skills
• Degree qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management or other relevant field
• SAP experience highly regarded
• Advanced excel capability
