About the role 
Reporting into the Digital Business Analyst Lead, the Senior Business Analyst will need to understand the digital customer experience along with broader business needs. This role will focus on the website features such as (Click & Collect, Express Delivery, Product Selection and Payments) to name a few areas, so we would like to speak with Digital Business Analysts with (ideally) e-commerce experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with product and delivery leads to gather requirements on website product selection and purchase features
  • Contribute to the development and test scenarios that will demonstrate conformance to functional and non-functional requirements, User Stories, Requirements Traceability Matrix, As-Is/To-Be documentation and Mock-ups
  • Continually seeks new ways to improve the customer experience during the process, identifying opportunities and using initiative to drive results
  • Guarantee technology outcomes are in line with business expectations
  • Take charge of the compilation and/or validation of business and system requirements and process documentation to ensure the feasibility of a fit-for-purpose solution and traceability of requirements.
  • Identify inter-dependencies of requirements and impacts across the portfolio of work
Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of IT Business Analysis experience with previous experience in the digital space
  • Experience working in retail/e-commerce businesses is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of APIs and experience with API integration
  • Agile delivery experience yet able to adapt to the task and environment
  • Experience with complex fast-paced programs (e.g. new operating models, business transformations, continuous improvement)
  • Exposure to projects with wide application and scope, ideally in agile ways of working modes and frameworks.
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology and/or Business, or equivalent industry experience
