Due to significant growth within the business, we are now seeking to appoint a Shopper Marketing Specialist.

About the role
The Shopper Marketing Specialist will be responsible for actively engaging with retail partners and delivering shopper marketing solutions to influence purchasing behaviour in support with new product launches. This will see you work closely with the marketing department to manage campaigns and recommend improvements or new initiatives in line with marketing programs.
 
 
Skills & Experience
  • Tertiary qualified in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Experience in either sales, category, marketing and/or shopper/trade Marketing, with FMCG or Retail Marketing preferred
  • Prior experience in BTL activations / Shopper Marketing
  • Strong project management skills & ability to liaise cross functionally in the development of shopper marketing solutions to influencer purchasing behaviour
  • Prior experience partnering with agency partners in activation plans
  • Proven track record in delivering innovative and creative retail strategies that drive brand and business growth
  • High attention to detail, organised and the ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work cross-functionality with multiple stakeholders
