Commercial Manager / Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing department heads to understand financial needs, provide performance analysis, and assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate manufacturing cost structures, pricing strategies, and profitability by product lines.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization, making data-driven recommendations to drive operational efficiency.
  • Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budgets/forecasts, highlighting key drivers and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to implement financial best practices and ensure alignment with overall corporate goals.
  • Provide financial insights and reports to senior management, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, economic changes, and regulatory developments to anticipate potential impacts on the business.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CA / CPA is advantageous 
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in financial analysis and business partnering, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to overall business strategy.
