About the role:

This is a 9 month contract role for a Senior Loyalty and Personalisation Manager to join a purpose driven organisation and support them in growing engagement through their Loyalty Program. 

Key responsibilities include:
  • Execute a comprehensive loyalty strategy
  • Manage a loyalty program that engages and rewards customers
  • Use data and customer insights to personalize communication and experience
  • Supporting a new delivery service direct to consumer 
Key attributes required
  • 5-10+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on loyalty
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud or experience using platforms similar 
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and data analysis
  • Experience with loyalty program management 
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience leading a team
  • Passion for creating personalized customer experiences
