About The Role 
The position requires the Operations Manager to be able to thrive in a busy environment and be responsible for Safety Leadership, People Leadership, Branch Financial Management, Customer Service Leadership & Operational Excellence. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and assist supervisors to achieve in delivering operational synergies
  • Achieving defined operational targets and business objectives
  • Identification and implementation of operational efficiency's
  • Huge scope to develop and grow the business 

 
About You
  • Proven experience in managing operational departments
  • Strong demonstrated ability to be a dynamic, proactive leader
  • Ability to influence and engage with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient computer skills including Netsuite & Salesforce
  • Sound time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask
  • Background in the hire market (desired)
