About the role
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives Nationally and maintaining superior customer service levels through effective management of direct reports. Success is monitored through the achievement of growing LFL sales and improved customer satisfaction (all underpinned by training/coaching and consistent feedback)

Duties
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain internal/external relationships to ensure a ‘customer first’ mindset
- Effectively conduct monthly 1 on 1’s whilst setting very clear personal goals for each person
- Actively monitor sales/costs and identify/implement strategies to meet & exceed targets
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, provide regular updates to Senior leadership and Board
Skills & Experience
- A strong understanding in Construction Materials Sales
- Experience in B2B environments.
- Be an effective communicator and self-driven
- Leading and managing teams.
- History in business development and successful execution.
