Retail Support Specialist
About the Company:
Our client is a leading retail pharmacy network providing frontline healthcare and is seeking a Partner Support Specialist. With over 500 community pharmacies, our client is dedicated to making expert health advice accessible to all Australians. This role will support the Network Partners and Customer Service functions by working closely with the operations team to address process and recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for Network Partner inquiries and customer service escalations.
• Ensure customer service queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide support to Network Partners via Support Centre Functions.
• Manage Extranet Feedback systems to ensure Network Partner concerns are addressed.
• Assist with Partner inquiries related to stock orders, credits, and inventory management.
• Identify recruitment needs in collaboration with Network Partners.
Skills / Requirements:
• Extensive pharmacy experience, with a background in stock control.
• Familiarity with POS systems Minfos & Fred a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Strong prioritization skills and team-oriented work ethic.
