Our client is a global manufacturer of food and consumer goods, within the FMCG space. They have a great opportunity available for a Customer Service/Logistics coordinator.  

About the role 


The Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator is responsible for Logistics interaction, order management and overall coordination of product fulfilment with major retailers.  

Duties 
  • Develop internal and external working relationships to ensure the order management process is smooth and effective with major retailers.
  • Order processing through SAP
  • Inventory/Stock Management
  • Deal with major Logistics Partners
  • Provide feedback to the broader business around potential order management related issues and queries that may impact customer service levels.
 
Skills & Experience  

  • Customer Service/Logistics experience
  • Experience working for, or closely with, organisations in the Food/Consumer Goods space.
  • SAP experience highly advantageous.
  • Highly motivated individual, who has first class communication, strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
