We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join our finance team. As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing performance support to the manufacturing and supply chain activities across the business. You will lead and support a team of finance professionals to provide activity-based costing methodology and enable effective planning and decision support for all supply chain and manufacturing activities and decisions.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide commercial input to strategy, business planning, and execution.
  • Drive business performance through the provision of commercial insights and the establishment of KPIs as a measure of achievement.
  • Design and deliver activity-based manufacturing models that build accurate cost models to reflect the inputs invested and create an environment of insight into performance benchmarks and insights that maximize manufacturing performance.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for your area of responsibility, ensuring optimization of resources and providing understanding into the future performance and current risks/opportunities against the forecast.
  • Lead a team that will challenge and work with their business partners to drive operational and financial performance.
  • Provide support to the CFO, GM Supply Chain, and GM Manufacturing, and wider senior executive team in achieving overall business objectives and profitability improvement.
  • Participate in the annual external audit process to an efficient process.
  • Lead a review of the capital needs of the manufacturing and supply chain team to ensure appropriate budgets and forecasts are maintained, and capital is appropriately allocated to ensure viability of the business.
 
 
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • CPA/CA/CFA qualification.
  • Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of FMCG and manufacturing.
  • Recent experience providing commercial analysis to a broad cross-section of stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to undertake detailed data analysis and modeling and prepare business performance reports.
  • Hunger to truly understand the nuts and bolts of the business and bring a strong commercial acumen to the role.
