About the role

We are currently seeking a Regional Leader to oversee the operational performance, profitability, and growth of our stores in their designated region. As the Regional Leader, you will be responsible for achieving critical KPIs such as sales, margin growth, customer feedback, and net profitability of stores in the region. Additionally, you will work closely with the Head of Retail, CEO, and Marketing team to develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to drive effective brand exposure and regional and store sales growth. You will also recruit, coach, and develop your team to cultivate a high-achieving sales and operational excellence culture.

About You

You should have a performance mindset and be self-driven, energetic, driven to succeed, hungry for growth, and have a desire for continuous improvement. You will present as commercially minded, focused on results and growth, be able to analyze data, act efficiently, and make calculated business decisions. You have people leadership skills, able to lead and inspire the team to consistently deliver more and exceed targets and expectations. You must be customer service-focused and committed to providing exceptional customer service that meets customer needs and achieves win-win outcomes for customers and the business.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant industry experience.
  • Extensive retail experience including multi-site leadership, driving sales and profit growth, coaching effective teams in a KPI driven environment and delivery of operational excellence.
  • Proactive, organised and strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks with diverse personalities.
  • Lead and inspire teams to consistently deliver more and exceed targets and expectations.
  • Identify problems, propose solutions, and implement effective strategies to resolve issues.
