As an Aurion ERP Analyst will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing project work within the Aurion system, testing to ensure the solution meets business needs and customizing/ configuring of workflow to facilitate ERP integration with other applications.

The opportunity
 
The role will see you work on (but not limited to) the following:
 
  • Application and interface development of existing HRIS systems (specifically Aurion Timekeeper, Riteq and PeopleStreme to name a few)
  • Review, analyse and modify the programming systems including encoding, testing, and debugging
  • Customise and configure workflow to facilitate HRIS integration with other applications
  • Provide user support to facilitate maximum value from the software
  • Work with Third Party Vendors to resolve HRIS application issues
  • Application administration to ensure optimal performance for the HRIS systems.
  • Assist and advise business users in the effective use of applications and information technology
  • Manage all change requests and defects currently in work by the vendor and ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Manage all outsource relationships for 3rd party application development and programming consultants
  • Assist with projects and additional BAU activities

About you
 
To be considered for this role, you will need (but not limited to) the following:
 
  • 7 plus years of application development/integration experience, web services and support across a variety of HRIS systems (Aurion v10 support, v11+ ideally)
  • Strong Aurion technical capabilities and understanding of Aurion database tables
    • Understanding/ experience using Aurion Query Tool
    • Experience writing Aurion BPA scripts desirable
    • Strong understanding of Aurion Self Service forms and API’s
  • Working knowledge and experience in the following technologies: .NET, Java, SQL, C#, PHP, Python, JavaScript
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to form positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Well-developed coding skills following sound coding practices and standards
  • Highly developed administration skills including good attention to detail
  • Proven record of managing multiple competing priorities
  • Goal and action orientated with a proven ability to deliver within specified timeframes
  • Ability to manage the priority of many concurrent tasks
  • Proven ability to document work and maintain records
