The Paid Performance Specialist will be responsible for leading, implementing and executing paid performance strategies across multiple channels, to drive brand awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention. In addition, the Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and budget of paid performance campaigns across search, social, affiliates, display, programmatic, retargeting, etc. This role works alongside a number of other digital experts (both in house and external), and you will work in close cohesion to optimise the brands digital footprint.
In addition to the above, the successful candidate will collaborate and manage 3rd party agencies, to manage creative, performance and budget allocations, and will also lead budget proposals and provide internal guidance on spend. Further to this, the Performance Specialist will write, manage and optimise ad-copy, ensuring relevant with various markets.

In order to be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A career background buitld within digital performance marketing, with a focus on paid media camoigns
- Proven track record of successfully executivng performance campaigns across multiple channels and driving ROI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provie actionable insights to stakeholders
- Experience with bid management tools and as serving platforms
- Experience and a keenness to work cross functionally and manage externals vendors/agencies
