Customer Logistics Coordinator
Our client is one of Australia’s fastest growing FMCG brands and are becoming a market leader in their category. With continued investment into their supply chain operations this year they have created a new role of Logistics Customer Officer to join their team in North Sydney.
The role will have end to end accountability for the order management process from order received to delivery with customers and will work closely with 3PL partners and freight forwarders to ensure orders are managed effectively and customer service levels maintained to an exceptional standard.
Success profile: We are looking for a customer service or order management specialist from a FCMG background preferably with 2-3 experience in order management. You will have a can-do, will do attitude, be an effective communicator with a high attention to detail, and be able to think quickly on your feet and problem solve, and be confident in working autonomously in a fast paced, fun and high performing team and contribute to the culture of the team. You may be looking to build a career in supply chain or be an experienced customer service/order management specialist who is looking for a change.
