About the Position
As the Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent technical support and product guidance to both existing and new customers. Your strong communication and rapport building with customers will drive growth and revenue across the automation product portfolio, via in-person, telephone, and email interfacing. In this role you will need to identify potential product sales where you align customers’ business objectives to a specific solution resulting in a win-win outcome for both parties. In this role you will also support the external sales team with administrative tasks such as product selection, account creation, and driving leads to support new business growth. There is an exciting advancement path for you develop into an external sales engineer within the first 12 months, if you are driven for growth in your career. About You

- Excellent sales and customer relations skills with proven selling experience in a technical environment;
- Electrical/mechanical engineering qualification OR electrical trade experience essential for product expertise (additional training provided);
- Experience and capacity to interface with customer prospects with a consultative sales approach;
- Must demonstrate very good communication and presentation skills;
- Experience in process or logistics automation environment will be highly regarded;
- Computer skills and experience in working with a CRM database;
- Strong work ethic and mature approach to resolve problems – “can do” attitude.
