Main Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients, including leading Australian businesses and organizations.
- Establish strong relationships with critical decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
- Customize our products and services to meet clients' business requirements.
- Actively promote our products and services to existing and potential clients via various communication methods.
- Work closely with the sales team to design and implement account strategies that enhance revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on critical account metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention rates.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities.
You should have a performance mindset and be self-driven, energetic and driven to succeed as well as the following attributes:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
- A proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to comprehend clients' business needs.
- A self-starter with a results-driven attitude.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the HR industry and/or professional associations is advantageous.
