The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Customer Service Support professional to join our team in the health and fitness industry. As a Sales and Customer Service Support, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels
  • Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and purchasing
  • Providing outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the CRM system
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Providing product feedback to the management team to improve customer experience
  • Conducting customer follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for health and fitness
