About the Role
The Branch Manager is a high-profile leadership role wholly responsible for the exceptional operational and commercial performance of their business while delivering a first-class customer experience. The Branch Manager creates and fosters a team culture emphasising the utmost importance of safety and compliance in daily operations, in addition to high performance and a values-driven approach to work.
The Branch Manager ensures that their business is appropriately resourced from a personnel and equipment perspective to meet targets relating to safety, service and cost, and meet evolving customer requirements. The Branch Manager has full P&L Responsibility for their business and is responsible for financial reporting, budget preparation and cost review and reduction initiatives.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will be an experienced senior logistics operations professional with a well rounded commercial skill set. Potentially from a range of industry sectors that could align to this site, regardless you will have a demonstrated track record of safety and people leadership, and exceptional influencing and negotiating skills. Your customer-centric focus, stability, and determination to deliver on the goals you set out to achieve will be the key to your success in this role.
