About the Role:
Sitting within the Supply Chain team:
Will have full responsibility of the Integrated Supply planning, working with Woolworths in order to guarantee high customer service levels, optimal inventory, minimal business waste and reduced shipping costs in line with policies and procedures
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Managing the daily supply plan into Woolworths, escalating delivery issues, managing transport bookings
  • Preparing reports daily and weekly to support Riviana Supply Chain planning processes and overseas procurement
  • Using the Riviana supplied equipment to enable sharing of real time information with Woolworths where needed to deliver the best service outcomes
  • Working with WOW systems, tools, and policies, and continually using the tools available to develop mutually beneficial supply outcomes
  • Building strong relationships with key Woolworths & Sales stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcome on shelf
  • Preparing reports/Attending meetings internally and externally
 
Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar role
  • SAP MRP planning experience
  • Tertiary Qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Previous overseas purchasing experience
  • Previous exposure to supply chain reporting tools/processes
  • Attention to detail and analytical ability
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, time and organisational skills
