About the Role: 
The production scheduler will support the production planning team in delivering key reports tracking data trends and coordinating responses and business updates. 
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Run shortage reports – extract data from multiple sources and compile into a single excel document
  • Coordinate responses and actions on component shortages – follow process and manage through shared documentation (teams) and emails
  • Review back orders daily to provide business updates – extract back order report, log and track certain data for trends and filter actions where needed to relevant departments
    • Update sales
    • Drive actions with CS
    • Track and analyse for trends/issues
  • Build REM and Mediwest pack containers – support scheduling, planning, WH and CS teams in reviewing available stock and determining what to load into specific containers based on volume criteria and customer priorities.
 
Skills and Experience:
  • Must be intermediate to advance excel – all of this work is done in spreadsheets and we need someone who can pick up files and run with them.
  • Organised, structured and good time management
