As the CRM manager, you will develop strategies to engage customers and drive sales. You will create email, SMS, and web push messages that help achieve business objectives such as increasing engagement, frequency, and sales from existing customers. You will be working closely with other teams to identify opportunities for growth and use date to create campaigns that foster customer loyalty in different markets.

About the role
As the CRM manager, you will develop strategies to engage customers and drive sales. You will create email, SMS, and web push messages that help achieve business objectives such as increasing engagement, frequency, and sales from existing customers. You will be working closely with other teams to identify opportunities for growth and use date to create campaigns that foster customer loyalty in different markets.
Key attributes
- Define global CRM and loyalty strategy with Head of Ecommerce
- Deliver revenue growth through campaigns, emails, SMS, and web push.
- Manage customer lifecycle to drive engagement, retention, loyalty, and advocacy.
- Map, create and monitor automations to maximise engagement and conversion.
- Manage CRM campaigns including calendar development, creative briefs, and measurements.
- Identify trends and commercial opportunities to improve key metrics.
- Manage and develop CRM systems and infrastructure.
- Build the model powering the development of the customer lifecycle program.
- Identify key customer profiles and trigger points through a commercial and data led approach.
- Deploy effective, automated campaigns on email, web push, SMS and social.
- Work with the E-Commerce and Digital Director, Marketing Director and CMO to drive business performance, and customer engagement and loyalty.
- Produce monthly reporting on CRM performance including A/B split campaigns analysis and approval of team art and copy.
- Develop a deep understanding of ModiBodi products, brand voice and aesthetic to support campaigns.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field highly regarded.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in CRM and loyalty marketing
- Strong experience in email marketing, SMS, and web push
- Experience in CRM systems and infrastructure management, preferably Emarsys
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision making.
- Proven track of record of increasing engagement, frequency, and sales from existing customers
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong Excel skill is highly regarded.
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box when it comes to developing innovative campaigns and strategies.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at once.
