About the role
Reporting into the National Marketing Services Manager, you will provide advice and support on locally inspired client acquisition, retention and re-engagement initiatives. Your duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing advice and recommendations to Regional Client Services Managers and the National Marketing Services Manager regarding a range of local area marketing activities across channels;
  • Assisting Regional Client Services Managers with developing local area marketing plans aligned with operational KPIs;
  • Attending relevant monthly forums of Client Services Management meetings to keep on top of emerging trends and providing updates on current strategic marketing initiatives;
  • Developing, editing and reviewing content across channels;
  • Partnering and developing relationships with Marketing and Communications peers to execute tactical campaign and engagement plans;
  • Working with the Clinical Relationship Manager to guide Regional Managers with identifying and engaging relevant health professionals and agreeing to a locally executed stewardship plan;
  • Contributing to the development, implementation and coordination of the Marketing Services annual business plan;
  • Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of local area campaign activity including ROI;
  • Reviewing and evaluating existing local area marketing activity to drive innovation and improve campaign performance; and
  • Any other duties as required by the National Marketing Services Manager. 
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in services marketing and end-to-end marketing campaign strategy development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to influence and work effectively across an organisation.
  • Ability to work effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Demonstrated understanding in marketing across various channels including experience in email, automated journeys, events, online and social media.
