Our client is a market leader in their category with a strong brand presence in ANZ and international markets. 2023/24 is an exciting period of growth as they bring in new products to their portfolio and explore new customer channels. A key part of their growth plans is to appoint a Logistics Manager to lead their supply chain locally.
The role reports to the General Manager ANZ and will have accountability for managing the logistics function and the 3PL relationship with a new supplier. The Logistics Manager will work in partnership to find and implement workable solutions to secure product supply, meet customer orders and continue to deliver the highest customer service levels. Ongoing, the Logistics Manager will work on identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to support the ANZ business and strengthen the local supply chain as it continues its growth journey in the ANZ market.
Success profile will be a Logistics Manager preferably from an FMCG background but not closed to industry with experience in a high growth SME business. Proven track-record of working with and driving strong performance with 3PLs and a leading continuous improvement projects. You will consider yourself to be an excellent communicator and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team and be consultative and directive in approach. Hands-on, proactive, can-do will-do attitude person who thrives in fast paced and dynamic environment.
