Role Overview
Our client is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the team during a period of growth and transformational change. The Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our client’s organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of national events, workshops, and seminars.
Membership Support: Provide administrative support to AHRI's membership department, including processing applications and responding to member inquiries.
Document Management: Maintain and organize documents, records, and files, ensuring they are easily accessible.
Communication: Assist in drafting and editing internal and external communications, including emails, newsletters, and reports.
Administrative Support: Offer support to various teams as needed, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and managing calendars.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have had prior experience in a similar support/administrative role, within a corporate environment. Drive and energy are essential, along with first class communication skills and strong attention to detail. This a great role for a motivated professional who is keen to take the next step in their career.
